Pass First Try Guarantee Rules

The “Pass First Try or Your Money Back” guarantee applies only when all of these are true:

1. You bought Premium and completed every topic's practice quizzes in the app.
2. You scored 90% or higher on at least three full practice simulator exams before the real test.
3. You took the official Maryland MVA knowledge test within 30 days of finishing the course.
4. You submit proof of the failed result within 14 days of the test.
5. One refund per person. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
