  1. Zero to Driving is a study and planning tool. It is not affiliated with the Maryland MVA or any government agency.
  2. Always confirm rules, fees and requirements with the official MVA. We work to keep content accurate but can't guarantee it's error-free or current.
  3. Passing practice tests does not guarantee passing the official test, except as covered by the Guarantee Rules.
  4. Users must be 15 or older. Users under 18 need a parent's or guardian's permission.
  5. Premium is billed as shown at checkout. Refunds are handled under the Guarantee Rules.
  6. Don't misuse the app, copy its content, or share accounts.
  7. We may update these terms and will notify users of major changes.
  8. The app is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect damages.
  9. These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland.
